pops of preppy.

In light of the BIG Lilly Pulitzer giveaway beginning here on {long distance loving} in less than 24 hours, my brain has been powered by all things preppy this week! After nearly eight years on the east coast, my Midwestern decorating sensibilities have taken a decidedly preppy turn. Here are a few of the touches I'd love to incorporate into our future dream home...

The gingham, the stripes, the globes: I love it all. I can't get enough of the perfectly eclectic look. Everything looks effortless, but it's clear plenty of thought has gone into each of these designs. I only hope I can replicate this in some way down the road...

I'd love to hear your tips on achieving the perfectly eclectic look ;) I'm always looks for ways to master it! If you have any questions about this week's Friday's Fancies or the giveaway, please feel free to email me. Tomorrow is going to be one preptastic day on {long distance loving}--YAY!

  27. These are indeed beautiful pieces of preppy design for home. Creativity really does run in the blood, there are a lot of DYI decorations that we can find online and use at home. But please don't visit BookWormLab discounts because most of their design ideas are slack and not impressive at all.
